affordable price, providing a satisfying and healthier alternative to a high-fat, fast food meal. We have started with a limited menu and welcome your suggestions on additional item's you would like to see offered. Weekly specials will be potentially turned into daily offerings as we determine how we can meet your needs, especially during these trying times.
HOW IT STARTED
In 1994 José Tízon began importing commercial grade stainless steel rotisserie ovens from Peru to meet
the demand for a surging market in start-up pollo a la brasa restaurants. Jose’s focus was to build traditional charcoal-fueled Perúvian ovens, incorporating innovative international standards (NSF certification), which created a divine product and the successful business that Tizon Ovens is today. While initially servicing the DMV area, José branched out to outfit restaurants all over the U.S. – all through word of mouth from his satisfied client base. The ovens are designed here and manufactured by Jose’s partner company in Perú. Our prices are reasonable; our quality and workmanship is unparalleled!
